How to stay motivated during COVID 19 time

Motivation in COVID 19 time
We all know we are going through a tough time today due to coronavirus pandemic. We have a lot of time today to improve ourselves and stay healthy and motivated during this tough time. Let's ourselves to think , think about the good time both the past and the future. We can overcome this situation only if we stay positive.Here are the things you can do to stay motivated.
  • Play your favourite game , prefer outdoor games as they help us to stay healthy
  • Read good books , you can go for holy books or the good novels and books like zero to one, the subtle art of not giving a fuck etc.
  • You can cook your fav. Meal or try new dishes
  • You can go for a walk both in morning and evening.
  • You can meditate or do exercise to stay busy
  • You can engage in art n craft work so as to improve your creative skills
  • You can write about your daily life routines
  • You can go for dancing singing 
You can learn new languages through various e learning platforms
